Agreement Overview
This agreement outlines the terms and expectations for coaching, consulting, and training services provided by Kayon Clay.
By signing below, you agree to the following:
Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to the start of services.
All payments are non-refundable.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule.
Sessions missed without proper notice will be forfeited.
Session Details
Standard sessions: 1 hour
Accelerated sessions: 4 hours
Programs: Weekly sessions unless otherwise agreed
In-Person Sessions
In-person sessions are available upon request.
A $100 additional fee applies.

You agree to:

Be fully present and engaged
