Each session is tailored to the audience and can focus on topics such as confidence, communication, leadership, personal development, and performance. This service is ideal for: corporate events and team trainings conferences and panels schools and student programs organizations and community groups leadership and development events Kayon’s goal is not just to inspire in the moment—but to create lasting impact through clarity, confidence, and actionable growth.
Cancellation Policy
Agreement Overview This agreement outlines the terms and expectations for coaching, consulting, and training services provided by Kayon Clay. By signing below, you agree to the following: Payment Terms Full payment is required prior to the start of services. All payments are non-refundable. Scheduling & Rescheduling Sessions must be scheduled in advance. A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. Sessions missed without proper notice will be forfeited. Session Details Standard sessions: 1 hour Accelerated sessions: 4 hours Programs: Weekly sessions unless otherwise agreed In-Person Sessions In-person sessions are available upon request. A $100 additional fee applies. Client Commitment You agree to: Arrive on time Be fully present and engaged Take action on coaching guidance No Guarantee of Results Results are not guaranteed and depend on your level of commitment and execution. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions will remain confidential.
